2.7 Governing Law – Arbitration

At Company’s discretion, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in Broward County, Florida, instead of court litigation.

Each party bears its own legal costs.

3. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

3.1 Deposits

Deposits may be required to secure appointments and are non-refundable unless cancellation complies with this policy.

3.2 Cancellations
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to service.
  • Late cancellations may result in loss of deposit.
  • No-shows are charged in full.
3.3 Satisfaction Guarantee

Clients must report dissatisfaction within 24 hours of service completion.

We will make reasonable efforts to correct reported issues.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion.

3.4 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

4. SERVICE AGREEMENT

4.1 Scope of Services

Services are limited to agreed cleaning tasks at time of booking.

Deep stain removal, mold remediation, structural repairs, or hazardous material removal are excluded unless expressly agreed.

4.2 Cleaning Results Disclaimer

Cleaning results vary depending on:

  • Surface condition
  • Material type
  • Pre-existing damage
  • Level of buildup

We do not guarantee removal of permanent stains, mold damage, structural damage, or conditions beyond normal cleaning scope.

4.3 Property Condition Disclaimer

Clients must inform us of:

  • Fragile items
  • High-value items
  • Pre-existing damage

We are not liable for damage resulting from:

  • Pre-existing conditions
  • Wear and tear
  • Improperly installed fixtures
  • Undisclosed fragile items

5. SERVICE AGREEMENT

5.1 Scope of Work

Services will be performed as agreed at the time of booking.

5.2 Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide safe access to property
  • Secure pets
  • Remove hazardous materials
  • Ensure water and electricity are available
  • Disclose fragile or valuable items

Failure to meet these conditions may result in service refusal without refund.

5.3 Damage & Liability Policy

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage
  • Wear and tear
  • Improperly installed fixtures
  • Items not disclosed as fragile

Damage claims must be submitted within 24 hours with photo evidence.
Liability is limited to repair or replacement value not exceeding service cost.

5.4 Independent Contractor Status

All personnel are employees or independent contractors of POLARIS CLEANING AND CARE LLC.

Clients shall not direct, supervise, or control staff outside agreed scope.

5.5 Non-Solicitation of Employees

Client agrees not to directly hire, solicit, or contract with Company employees for private services during service period and for 12 months thereafter.
Violation may result in a $2,500 placement fee or legal action.

5.6 Right to Refuse Service

We may refuse service if:

  • Conditions are unsafe
  • Hazardous materials are present
  • Abusive behavior occurs
5.7 Photo & Media Release
  • Unless otherwise requested in writing, Client grants permission for non-identifiable before-and-after photos of cleaning work to be used for marketing purposes.
  • We will not disclose personal identifying information.
  • Clients may opt out by written request prior to service.
5.8 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Government actions
  • Utility outages
5.9 Agreement Acceptance

By booking services, the client agrees to this full Policy & Service Agreement.
